2018+: Ready for tomorrow and beyond
Over the last few years, we've taken everything we've learned about our customers needs, usage and operations and invested it into our 4th generation product, Imprezian 360. Imprezian 360 takes our CRM mantra to the next level, which means to provide to best feature-rich, cost-effective CRM all-in-one available in the marketplace. Our 3rd generation CRM is packed with the feature-set of our 1st and 2nd generation products, DrivenCRM expands on the web-based technology improvements of the day. These include 64-bit architecture, SQL Server improvements and a world-class user-interface that wasn't possible in the days before. DrivenCRM was (and is) yet another example of our dedication to the business marketplace like no other.
In 2006, web-based software had really started establishing its foothold in the everyday business. The seductive power of anytime/anywhere access and the excitment of not having to constantly update clients was a win/win.
Our company responded by creating a completely new, fully-web based CRM equivilent to our flagship client/server product. The success of OasisCRM was amazing, and still to this day there are many satisfied customers that have been running OasisCRM for years. They can't imagine running their business without it.
2001: A CRM Odyssey
We started our adventure back in 2001 with the invention of the "KnowTia Knowledge Management System"
Back in the day, it was all client/server and Windows 98. However, our mission was still the same as it is to this day.

Ed has always been a champion for the small business. Since starting off in a small company (in a small town) in central Illinois, he has had his eye trained on processes and efficiency improvements that help improve the bottom line. With a background in process control (robotics, equipment automation, PLC, etc), he learned from the beginning that every line of programming needs to be checked and rechecked. Most importantly, computer code should be engineered like you are building a skyscraper, not just simply programmed.
Always looking for a challenge, he mastered several industries before deciding to dive in to the complex world of business automation software. He's worked in big-name projects for MTV, the United Nations and several successful international projects, eventually leading up to a tenure at one of America's biggest corporations, Web MD.
There was something really missing when working for the "big guys", and that is the passion and drive that a small business environment alone could offer. So in 2001, Ed jumped ship and founded KnowTia Corporation. Several companies he had worked for had used Goldmine, ACT! or any number of other "contact managers". With the belief that a small business deserved better software to run more efficiency, he began the journey of products that are described above.
It may have been a little bumpy along the way, but with his 15+ years of CRM experience working for you, combined with another 15 years of successful high-profile projects under his belt, he knows what is takes to get the job done and done right.
